Where the original Bithead hits hard with sharp corners and angular weight, Round replaces every pixel square with a circle and that single change transforms the entire character of the font. The result is a modern pixel display typeface that feels approachable without losing its digital edge.
It still reads as retro, still carries that screen-built aesthetic, but it works in contexts where the original would feel too aggressive. Think mobile game UI, kids content, lifestyle branding, or any project that needs a fun, bold headline with a futuristic pixel twist. Available in Light and Regular, Bithead Round covers the range from open and airy to solid and present. The Light is particularly strong at large display sizes — the dot structure becomes part of the visual itself.
The Regular fills in and delivers more weight while keeping that friendly roundness intact. Both weights work well as logo fonts, giving brands a distinctive, playful identity that stands out without going full grunge. Like the rest of the Bithead family, all letters are uppercase.
