Texas Hero Font is based on the penmanship of Thomas Jefferson Rusk, an early Texas patriot and leader, whose handwriting is accessible and legible yet clearly evocative of the period. Released in 1994, it’s the first font to replicate genuine historical penmanship.
Texas Hero has more than 500 glyphs, discretionary ligatures, contextual alternates, lining and old-style figures, and full Latin support.
