Striated Font is a new release of Neo-grotesque sans-serif display typeface in the tradition of the Swiss Design tradition of the 1960s as suggested by some elements of its design. Stiated is derived from letterforms which were not registered from early eighteen Century also from Bauhaus research which tried to depict the letters in terms of their basic geometric shapes.
All these principles present in design today though depending on how futuristic the designs might appear due to the general increase in minimalist designs in the second half of the twentieth century, which were propelled by the need to subjugate space: many of today’s outlooks may view them as rather archaic.
