American Captain Font is now available in the commercial version as a six-foot family, which includes full character sets that support Central European characters, Cyrillic alphabet, Greek and Hebrew languages, as well as OpenType features such as small caps; fraction styles and glyph substitutions – I will explain these here again to avoid any confusion:
When trying to describe American Captain my “sluggish brain” can easily fall back upon descriptive terms like narrow and bold sharp or thick and slender; but deep within my creative side lies an inspiration which suggests this font needs something else altogether: this font should represent something more.
